Piano Master Class

GCMTA is pleased to present a Piano Master Class featuring clinician Dr. Ernest Barretta on Sunday, November 19, 2023.  The class is open to all prepared students (of member teachers) at level Late Elementary and up, but only five students will be selected to play for Dr. Barretta.  Teachers must fill out and submit the entry form (found in the link below) and also submit a video audition of the student’s piece.  Videos can be sent via Youtube link.  If using another transmission method, please check with the chair that the video is accessible to her.  All materials must be received IN HAND by the chair, Bok Hwa Kim, by Friday, November 3, 2023.  Upon selection for the class, teachers must mail the entry fee for the participating student ($30) to Treasurer Elaine Newhall (7504 Broadcloth Way, Columbia MD 21046).

The public is invited to attend this edifying event.  Auditing students will be charged only $5, and auditing teachers only $10.  Parents accompanying students will be admitted free.
